Common Questions

To get the best results we ask clients to sign up for a minimum of 3 months and ask for clients to get 1 months’ notice of ceasing training.

Providing you have given us 24 hours notice we will attempt to fit you in later in the week. If not, we will look at doing 2 sessions the following week.

We will ask you to pay for that additional session of £45.

We usually spend the first session doing movement, mobility and strength screening.
