No unfortunately we only do monthly memberships, this way we know that members will attend regularly where they are more likely to reach their goals.
As long as your doctor or physio has allowed you to exercise then yes you should come along. Our experienced coaches will modify the exercises so you can carry on training despite your injury.
Most definitely! We have different abilities that attend our bootcamps, we set exercises to your ability and increase it at your own pace.
